高比表面稀土复合氧化物纳米晶制备研究

SYNTHESIS OF RARE EARTH COMPOUND OXIDE NANO-CRYSTAL WITH HIGH SPECIFIC SURFACE AREA

摘要 以CTAB为模板剂采用均相沉淀工艺,制备了系列铈锆复合氧化物纳米晶体。当CTAB为0 04mol,反应时间为72h,Ce0 7Zr0 3O2的比表面积达到最高;在相同的反应条件下,合成不同摩尔比的CexZr(1-x)O2(x=0 1~0 9)中,以x=0 1时最好,样品的比表面积最大,500℃焙烧后SBET高达172m2/g。 A series of Ceria-Zirconium Compound oxide nano-crystal were synthesized by co-precipitation method using CTAB as template.The specific surface area of Ce_(0.7)Zr_(0.3)O_2 reaches the highest value when 0.04 mol of CTAB was added,with the aging time being 72 hours. On these conditions Ce_xZr_((1-x))O_2(x=0.1~0.9)with different molar ratio of Ceria to Zirconium were synthesized.The BETresults show that the specific surface area of the samples is the highest,when x=0.1(S_(BET) is 172m^2/g calcined at 500℃).
