The Questionnaire and Empirical Analysis on Financing Strategy Selection of Small and Medium sized Enterprises

基于对2002年济南市槐荫区部分中小企业融资状况的问卷调查,描述了90家样本企业的所有制、行业分布和企业规模等方面的状况,并对样本企业当前和计划融资情况进行了实证分析。发现中小企业的所有制、行业分布、企业规模和财务结构的差异对其融资策略选择具有重要影响。

Based on the questionnaire on present financing situation of small and mediumsized enterprises in Huaiyin District of Jinan City, this article describes the nature of the ownership, industrial distribution and the scale of the enterprises of the 90 samples, analyzes the financing situation at present and in the future of the samples. The article concludes that the ownership, the industrial distribution, the scale of the enterprises and the financial structure has important influence on the financing strategy selection.
