On Several Problems Existing in Criminal Investigation into Organized Crimes by the Underworld

在侦办黑社会性质组织犯罪案件中 ,侦查部门应采取深入访问群众、梳理重点案件、清查重点行业等多种方式 ,及时发现和广泛开辟黑社会性质组织犯罪案件线索 ;有策略地开展侦查 ,严密组织抓捕行动 ;加强讯问工作 ,充实犯罪证据 ,特别要注意与其他国家机关密切合作 ,深挖“保护伞”和收缴非法收益。

When carrying out criminal investigation into the organized crimes by underworld, the investigative departments should adopt various methods shown as below: 1. to visit the masses widely, analyze serious cases and check thoroughly on the 'key'industries so as to discover the clues for cracking down on the organized crimes by the underworld in time; 2.to carry out investigative work strategically, and organize well-conceived seizing and arresting movements; 3.to strengthen interrogative work so as to obtain abundant evidence; 4. to pay specific attention to the close co-operation with other countries so that the 'Protective Umbrellas'will be dug out and illegal profits will be captured.
