On the Relationship between Political Culture and Civilization

政治文化与政治文明是两个既相互区别又相互联系的概念。政治文化与政治文明是政治学领域中不同的两个概念,在其涵义、内容、性质和实现方式上存在差异,同时,两者在内容上有重合的部分,在功能上也是相互影响的。我们应该从两者的内在关系和互动规律出发,在实践的过程中正确地处理政治文化与政治文明的关系,有针对性地促进政治社会化进程并推动社会主义政治文明的发展。

Political civilization and political culture are the two concents which are different but inter-active.In political science,they are different concepts and distint in implications,contents,features and ways to realize,while,there is something in contents overlapped and their functions are interacted.Only if proceeding from their interior relations and interactional rules,can we deal with their relations properly in practice and propel the process of political socialization,so as to promote the development of socialist po-litical civilization.
