全面建设小康社会必须发展民营经济

Building a Well-off Society in an All-round Way and Developing the Economy Run by the Local People

十六大报告明确提出了全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标。强调必须毫不动摇地巩固和发展公有制经济的同时,还必须毫不动摇地鼓励、支持和引导非公有制经济的发展。因此,要全面实现建设小康社会的奋斗目标,就必须大力发展民营经济,走富民小康之路。

On the16th National Congress of CPC,the Report stated that it is the objective of a strug-gle to build a well-off society in an all-round way.In the mean time,the Report stressed that we must never waver in consolidating and developing the public ownership economy,at the same time,encouraging,supporting and guiding non-public ownership economy.That is the way to reach good prosperity.
