聊城发电厂Ⅰ期 2× 6 0 0MW机组热控DCS采用英国ABB公司INFI - 90OPEN为基础的分散控制系统 ,而ABB标准宏逻辑在DCS逻辑组态中的应用相当广泛 ,同时也起着极其重要的作用。主要通过介绍ABB的标准宏逻辑在聊城发电厂分散控制系统逻辑组态中的应用情况 ,并分析了它的不足之处 ,在调试过程中提出了完善的修改措施和方法 ,经过一系列的改进 ,使ABB标准宏逻辑在DCS中得以更好的应用 ,提高了DCS在机组中的安全稳定性。

Distribute Control System based on INFI-90 of U.K. ABB Corp. is adopted by 2×600MW units' Instrument Control System in Liaocheng Power Plant. ABB Standard Macro Logic is widely used in logic configuration and it plays a very important role. Most of ABB Standard Macro Logic can work normally but a few of logic have some defect. We have corrected their defect after modifying and testing again and again. In this article we introduce the application of ABB Standard Macro Logic in DCS of Liaocheng Power Plant and analyse it's defect. We provide prefect step and method after series of mending so that ABB Standard Macro Logic can be used more widely and both the safety and stability of DCS in unit's operation.
