摘要
作为发电厂制粉系统中的主要组成部分—磨煤机控制系统 ,其工作能否正常直接影响锅炉的出力 ,影响着整个机组的负荷大小 ,而磨煤机控制系统是否正常完善 ,则又直接影响到磨煤机的出力大小及其安全稳定性。本文通过在机组调试中对美国Svedala磨煤机发现的问题进行提出、解剖分析 ,对于不合理的就地控制回路及磨煤机控制逻辑进行修改完善 ,从而更加满足了磨煤机的运行状况 ,适应“W”火焰锅炉燃烧方式。同时通过在调试中经过一系列的改进 ,大大降低了磨煤机保护的误动率 ,提高了机组的安全经济运行。
As the main part of powder-making system the pulverizer control system can influence the contribution of boiler and power of the whole unit. Whether the control system of mills is normal and prefect can influence the contribution and safety of mills. In this article we elaborate and analyze the problems of American SVEDALA mills in unit's operation. We have modified the unreasonable control logic and local control circuit of the mills so as to make the mills can adapt to the burning type of “W” flame boiler. At the same time the wrong action of mill's protection is decreased greatly and the safety & stability of the unit is enhanced.
