Analysis and Improvement of the Measuring System of the High Speed Mixed Bed Input Flow Rate in Qingdao Power Plant

青岛发电厂凝结水精处理系统中高混床入口流量原采用阿牛巴流量计测量 ,自机组投运以来 ,此流量计一直无法投用。本文分析了阿牛巴无法投用的原因 ,并提出改造方案 ,于 2 0 0 1年 9月 # 1机组大修期间改造成功 ,确保了高混的安全经济运行。

The high speed mixed bed input flow rate of the Condensate Meticulous Manipulation System in Qingdao Power Plant had adopted dynamic pressure equalizing pipe. This article analyses the reason that since the 300MW Unit run, the hydro dynamometer can't be used and give out the improving scheme. During the recondition of #1 Unit in 2001 September, we finished this improvement, thus ensuring the reliable operation of the high speed mixed bed.
