摘要 石横电厂作为山东电网的主力调峰调频机组 ,一次调频的合理应用对于提高电网安全运行水平和频率质量起着至关重要的作用。因此分析和研究机组一次调频的投入是石横电厂 # 4机组技改工作的重点 ,根据《山东电网发电机组一次调频技术要求》 ,并结合石横电厂的实际 ,对 # 4机组一次调频问题进行了分析和研究 ,对其中的关键技术环节进行了合理优化。通过机组热态试验数据表明 ,此次 # 4机组一次调频技改工作取得了预期的效果 ,达到了山东电网对调峰调频机组一次调频的技术要求。 As the major summit modulation and frequency modulation sets in Shandong electric grid, one-time frequency modulation technology's reasonable applications play a crucial role in enhancing Shiheng Electric Power Plant's safety operation and its electricity frequency quality. Therefore, analyzing and researching the power sets' input to the one-time frequency modulation process is the focus of the 4# power set's technical improvements.Abiding by 《One-time Frequency Modulation Technology's Requirements on the Power Sets of Shandong Electric Grid》 and considering the real situation of Shiheng Electric Power Plant, we analyzed and researched the malfunction problem occurring at the 4# power set's one-time frequency modulation process and made some sound optimizations in its key technical process. Dynamic experiments' empirical data indicate the technical improvements have reached the anticipated results and the technical requirements thereof, which are set by Shandong electrical grid.
