摘要
本文论述了黄台电厂 10 0MW机组主汽温度自动调节系统运行中存在的问题 ,包括调节机构即调节阀门参数指标方面的原因 ,及调节系统方案设计的特点。经过完善 ,调节阀门特性满足了要求 ,热控设备改造采用分散控制系统 (DCS)后对调节系统方案也进行了改进 ,效果好 ,有借鉴价值。
Extract:This paper presents problems existed at the main steam temperature automatic adjustment system at 100MW unit, Huangtai power station, including parameters of adjustment valves and system design. After modified adjustment valves can meet operating requirement. Thermal control equipment is modified by the distributed control system (DCS)method and the performance of adjustment system is improved.
