老年性痴呆患者血清β淀粉样蛋白含量放射免疫测定 被引量:13

摘要  目的 探讨血清β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ1 -28)含量在老年性痴呆(AD)诊断中的价值。 方法 采用平衡饱和竞争放射免疫分析法,检测AD组(分轻、中、重 3 组)62 例、血管性痴呆(VaD)组 36例、智能正常老年对照组125例血清Aβ1- 28含量,所有数据均经SPSS8 0软件进行统计学处理。 结果 AD组与 VaD 组、智能正常老年对照组血清 Aβ1-28 含量分别为(1 .16±0. 70)μg/L、(0 .80±0. 30)μg/L和(0. 68±0. 22)μg/L,AD组明显升高,与VaD和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(均为P<0 .01),且与病情严重程度呈正相关。VaD组与正常智能老年对照组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。 结论 血清Aβ1- 28含量测定在AD诊断中有临床参考价值。 Objective To explore the value of serum Aβ 1-28 assay in the clinical diagnosis of AD. Methods With the method of balanced saturated competition radioimmunoanalysis, to measure serum Aβ 1-28 levels in 203 elderly people, who were divided into three groups including normal mental state elderly people(n=125), patients with vascular dementia (VaD, n=36) and patients with AD (n=62). Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS program 8.0. Results The Aβ 1-28 assay of three groups were (1.16±0.70)μg/L. (0.80±0.30)μg/L and(0.68±0.22)μg/L, As compared to normal mental state controls and VaD group, there was a significant increase of serum Aβ 1-28 levels in AD group, which positively correlated with the severity of the disease. No significant difference was found between VaD group and normal mental state controls. Conclusions Serum Aβ 1-28 level, probably the biochemical marker of AD, is of practical value in the clinical diagnosis of AD.
