Separation of Sulfonamides on the Dodecylamine-N,N-Dimethylene-phosphonic Acid Modified Zirconia Stationary Phase

摘要 用十二胺N,N二亚甲基膦酸吸附改性氧化锆,制备了一种新的锆基质色谱固定相,考查了4种磺胺药物在该固定相上的分离。通过甲醇含量、流动相pH值对磺胺色谱保留行为的影响,研究了磺胺在该固定相上的保留机理由于磺胺药物和固定相都具有两性特征,溶质存在疏水作用、电荷排斥等多种保留机理。在不同pH条件下,4种磺胺药物均得到了快速、高效地分离。 A new zirconia-based stationary phase (DPZ) was prepared by modified zirconia with dodecylamine-N,N-dimethylenephosphonic acid (DDPA). The influence of methanol content and pH of mobile phase on the capacity factors of sulfonamides was studied in detail. Separations of sulfonamides on DPZ were achieved with satisfaction at different condition due to the various retention mechanisms provided by the free phosphonic group and amino group of DPZ.
