摘要
采用两相区加热和冲击试验的方法, 研究了亚温正火工艺对铁素体珠光体型非调质钢显微组织和冲击韧性的影响. 结果表明, 在亚温区采用较低的加热温度和较慢的冷却速度, 可以较大幅度地提高韧性.
The effect of subcritical normalizing process on microstructure and impact toughness of non-quenched and tempered steel with ferrite-pearlite structure was sdudied by means of heating at two phase region and impact test.The experimental results show that toughness of the steel can increase to a relatively large amount under the condition of low heating temperature and cooling rate at subcritical region.
