摘要
大学生体育锻炼时负荷强度的掌握与控制,决定着他们身体和生理机能的发展与提高。本文在实验与实践之基础上,提出了大学生体育锻炼时负荷强度的最佳控制范围。
Mastering and controlling of laod intensity for students’physical training deside developmentand improvement of their physical and phisiologic funtions.Baed on the experiment and practice,this article points out the optimum controlling limits of the load intensity per hour on their physicaltraining and some other qustions on how to get the ideal result.
