摘要
本文研究了压力容器平封头在内压作用下的形状优化问题;优化目标是尽可能降低结构的应力集中,以提高疲劳寿命。响应分析采用有限单元数值解,优化方法采用递归二次规划方法。文中对常见平封头形式进行了形状优化,并对结果进行了分析和讨论。
This paper deals with the shape optimal design for the axisymmetrical structures in the case of internai pressure. A special program had been deveioped for the shape optimization in four kinds of plate-heads, which usually be used.
In this paper, the Finite Element Method (FEM) was used to analyse the structure displace-mems and stresses; The efficient Recursive Quadratic Programming method is adopted in resolving the nonlinear programming; The objective function in optimization is minimizing the factor of stress, concentration. An analytical schemes are established on the finite element diserete model in the sensitivity analysis.
The optimal design program is efficient in pre - processor, the input data file is very simple, mesh is formed aulomatically. Once the interface were changed. this program could do the shape optimal design for any kind of axisymrnetrical structures.
