摘要
从复子波出发,通过分离其虚部与实部来构造新的多子波。构造出的多子波同时具备紧支性、正交性、对称性及平衡性(免预/后滤波),且相应的滤波器系数对称,使得运算复杂度降低。并将其应用于图像压缩,得到较为满意的结果。
This paper separates the real part and the imaginary part from the complex wavelet to construct multiwavelet with several good properties, such as short supported, orthogonality and symmetry. The multiwavelet via this method do not need pro/post filter, and its symmetry of filter coefficients reduces the computation complication. We apply the new kind multiwavelet to image compression,and the result is better than the others, such as GHM and CL.
