Considering the computer and the network device in vehicle in army command post, the operation principle of the embedded device based on Windows CE.NET,software and hardware structural design and the examples analysis are introduced. The device with remote data acquisition and information inference are used to achieve the remote maintenance and the fault diagnosis of detected devices.
