摘要
高等职业教育作为一种培养人才的方式,是要以培养有用的、有价值的人才为己任。人才的价值体现在诸多方面,它不是一朝一夕或者一年两年就可以塑造起来的。这要从高职教育培养目标入手,站在学校教育和课堂教学角度,开展人才培养。
Higher vocational education, a way of training students, should focus on training valuable talents. Value of talents displays on many respects, and can not shaped in short time. We should consider it from view of training target and classroom teaching.
