小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入的手术治疗体会

Real appreciation of operation in treating cataract with the non-phacoemulsification scleral tunnel small incision combined with IOL implantation

目的探讨小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入的手术治疗效果。方法210例白内障施行巩膜隧道式小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术。结果术后视力均有不同程度的提高。术后第1天裸视≥0.5者为52%,术后第7天裸视≥0.5者为75.5%,术后1个月裸视≥0.5者为85.5%,术后1周平均散光为1.55±0.52D,1个月平均散光为0.95±0.26D,3个月为0.55±0.18D。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入术是一种有效的白内障复明手术。

Objective To explore the effect of the non-phacoemulsification scleral tunnel small incision combined with IOL implantation on treating cataract.Methods 210 cases with cataract were treated with the non-phacoemulsification scleral tunnel small incision combined with IOL inplantation.Results The visual acuity has vary degree advance equally after operation,after operation,first day,52% of 210 eyes recovered its vision to 0.5 or better,seventh day,75.5%,first month,85.5% ,and the average astigmatism respectively reached 1.55 ±0.52D after a week,0.95±0.26D after a month,0.55±0.18D after three months.Conclusion The non-phacoemulsification scleral tunnel small incision combined with IOL implantation treating cataract is an effective method in treating cataract.
