2型糖尿病患者血清抵抗素与病程及年龄的关系的研究
Study on relationship between serum resistin and age, course of type 2 diabetes mellitus patient
摘要
目的 探讨 2型糖尿病(T2DM)空腹血清抵抗素与病程及年龄的关系。方法 52例T2DM患者及 30例健康体检者,采用酶联免疫分析法检测空腹血清抵抗素。结果 DM组及NGT组空腹血清抵抗素随年龄增高而降低,DM组血清抵抗素随病程的延长而降低,相关分析显示:空腹血清抵抗素与BMI、FINS、HOMA- IR及TG呈正相关。结论 T2DM患病初期空腹血清抵抗素水平增高,随着年龄增高及病程延长而降低。
