摘要
目的:探讨经阴道超声检查评价子宫腺肌病治疗效果的可行性。方法:对82例经腹腔镜病理确诊的子宫腺肌病患者进行治疗前后子宫肌壁变化的超声观察比较。结果:治疗后在临床症状减轻的同时,经阴道超声检查子宫腺肌病分数也相应降低。结论:经阴道超声检查子宫腺肌病治疗前、后子宫肌壁变化,可作为评价治疗效果的客观指标。
Objective:To explore the possibility of transvaginal ultrasound using on evaluating therapeutic effect of adenomyosis.Methods:Transvaginal ultrasound were performed on 82 patients who were diagnosed by laparoscopy before and after the treatment.Results:The transvaginal ultrasound indication was reducing with the symptom getting better after the treatment.Conclusion:The ultrasonic change of uterine wall by transvaginal ultrasound checking could be an external indication for estimate of therapeutic effect on adenomyosis.
