A case report of perforating pilomatricoma

报告1例穿通性毛母质瘤。患者女,60岁,因背部结节4个月就诊。皮肤科检查示背部有一突出皮面的紫红色结节,直径0.9cm,结节中心有破溃。予以手术切除。组织病理检查示穿通性毛母质瘤。

Perforating pilomatricoma is a rare clinical variant of pilomatricoma. We present a case diagnosed as perforating pilomatricoma. A 60-year-old woman complained of pink-red nodule on her back for 4 months. Physical examination revealed an elevated, dark-red nodule, 0.9 cm in diameter, with central ulceration. The lesion was excised. Histopatholgy was consistent with perforating pilomatricoma.
