The Effect of PT Content on the Electrostriction and Electric Hysteresis of PMN-based Ceramics

摘要 采用熔盐法制备了不同成分的Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 PbTiO3二元系固溶体陶瓷,并研究了PbTiO3成分变化对该体系的介电性能、电致应变和电滞回线的影响。实验表明,随着PbTiO3含量的增加导致PMN基陶瓷的居里温度Tm逐渐升高,弥散相变度δ逐渐下降,最大介电常数εmax逐渐增大,最大电致应变也逐渐增大,但滞后性却逐渐增强。 The pure perovskite (1-x)Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 - PbTiO3 ceramics were prepared by molten salt synthesis using mixtures of NaCl-KCl salt. The dielectric, electrostrictive properties and electric hysteresis have been investigated. The results indicate that the Cure Temperature Tm, maximum dielectric constant εmax and electrostriction strain Smax and the hysteresis increases as well as the diffuse phase transition δ decreases with PT content increased.
