摘要 研究渗流铸造泡沫铝合金的性能特点,自行设计测试方法和制造测试装置,测试了泡沫铝合金的力学性能、流体透过性能、声学性能、热传导性能和阻尼性能。认为泡沫铝的力学性能和热传导性能较实体材料低,具有良好的透过性能、消声性能和阻尼效果,这是泡沫铝用作功能材料的基础。 Property characteristic of foam Al-alloys of penetrating casting around granules was studied. Mechanical properties, fluid permeability, acoustical properties, heat conductivity and damping capacity were tested by testing methods and testing units that we design. We think the mechanical properties and conductivity of foam Al-alloys are lower than solid material, and foam alloy have excellent permeability, noise elimination and damping capacity, which is the basis that foam Al-alloys are used as functional materials.
