培养科研型数学教师的途径

摘要 科研型数学教师就是既能教学,又能搞数学及数学教育研究的教师。科研型数学教师的培养应该从多种途径进行,如何在高师院校中培养科研型的数学教师?1、使学生树立先进的数学观与数学教育观。2、使学生掌握科研的基本方法。3、使学生拓宽科研课题的来源。4、鼓励学生多参加教育实践。 Researching-type mathematics teachers are the teachers that not only could teach but also could research. There are many ways in training mathematics teachers of researching model. What do we do in higher normal school? First, let students establish advanced concepts about mathematics and mathematical education. Second, let students grasp basic researching methods. Third, let students expand sources of researching task. Then, encourage students to attend educational practice.
