摘要
"理论是灰色的,实践是长青的",但理论一经运用便会对实践有着巨大的推动作用。政府作为调动人们的积极性公共管理者,如何快速地调动社会上所有人的积极性,已成为影响政府管理能力高低的"瓶颈"性因素之一。由此,本文对中外历史上政府激励理论详加研究,这对于我国政府如何构建符合有中国特色的政府激励理论有着重要的参考价值和现实意义。
'Theory is short; practice is long',but we know that, once the theory is applied, it will have a great push to the practice. The government, as a public administrator, should have the ability to motivate the public, and which has become a criterion to evaluate a government. For this reason, the thesis tries to make a thorough research on the governnent motivation theory. This will have an important reference value and great significance for the construction of Chinese government motivation theory.
