WTO经贸谈判实质上就是经贸活动中的跨文化交际。了解各国商人的文化特性,掌 握跨文化交际的技能,在谈判中才能应付自如;"知已知彼"才能"百战百胜"。
WTO negotiation is, substantially, intercultural communication in international business activities. With a better understanding of different culture and a good mastering of intercultural communication, trade negotiation will be carried on smoothly and positively.
