摘要
探讨湿生扁蕾中的有效成分齐墩果酸对小鼠红细胞免疫功能和卵巢癌细胞HO-8910的影响,为湿生扁蕾的药学应用提供实验依据。结果表明齐墩果酸对RC3bR(红细胞C3b受体花环)、RICR(红细胞免疫复合物花环率)有促进作用;对卵巢癌细胞HO-8910具有一定的细胞毒作用,并与化合物浓度呈明显正相关。
The paper tries to determine Erythrocyte function and Cytotoxicity with Oleanolicacid which is an effective ingredient from Gentianopsis padudosa, It provides experimental basis for material madica application. The results show that it can promote RC3bR、RICR. Oleanolic acidhas in vitro cytotoxicity on HO-8910 cell, and the cytotoxicity is positively related to the monomer concentration.
