地木耳提取物对三色堇和萱草营养生长及开花的影响

Effects of Solution of Extracts from Nostoc Commune on Vegetative Growth and Flowering of Viola Tricolor L.and H Emerocallis Fulva L.

在温室条件下,用1%的地木耳提取物水溶液对三色堇(ViolatricolorL.)和萱草(HemerocallisfulvaL.)进行叶面喷施。结果表明,2种花的株高、冠径、株鲜重、叶片数目、叶长、根长、株干重比对照均有显著增加(p<0.05);叶宽和叶厚对1%地木耳提取物水溶液的反应不敏感;提取物水溶液还可促进提早开花,增加花数目,并延长花期。

Viola tricolor L. and H emerocallis fulva. L. were treated with 1% solution of N. commune extracts under green-house conditions. As compared with control, 1% solution of N. commune extracts promoted obviously their plant height, plant diameter, total fresh weight, leaf number, leaf length, root length and total dry weight (p<0.05). Leaf width and thickness were not sensitive to N. commune extracts. On the other hand, the solution of extracts increased the flower number and flower size, prolonged the period of flowering time.
