摘要 以完整法为主进行跨栏教学改革的实验研究。研究表明,通过改变传统的教法,在运动成绩和技术两方面实验组都明显高于对照组,而且在教学的时间上实验组也有明显的缩短,大大提高了教学效率。这种教法在教学和训练中有实际的应用价值。 The essay is about the experiment research on teaching reform in the hurdles race with a Compete Way. The experiment shows by changing the traditional teaching methods the experiment group is obviously better than reference one in techniques and scores during the hurdles race teaching. And the experiment one spent less time. So it means that the efficiency was improved. The result shows the way used in teaching hurdle race has practical value in teaching and training.
