摘要
采用免疫组织化学、透射电镜方法观察了纤维结合蛋白(FN)对体外培养的牙周韧带(PDL)细胞中肌动蛋白微丝的调节作用.结果显示:FN组PDL细胞中肌动蛋白含量明显较对照组增高(P<0.01).且超微结构可见该细胞中微丝成份丰富.排列密集.提示FN可促进PDL细胞中微丝的聚合,并讨论了微丝聚合度增加与促进牙周新附着的关系.
By immunohistochemical methods and TEM, we observed the change of actin in periodontal ligament cells (PDL桟) when fibroncctin(FN) was applied.
