摘要
通过对电热补偿法测量溶解热装置进行改进,可以测定出放热溶解热,同时测定出了在以三甲氧基苯甲醛为原料合成甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP)的缩合、环合工艺中,三甲氧基苯甲醛在甲醇钠溶液中、缩合产品"单甲醚"在甲醇钠溶液中溶解时放出的热量。20g三甲氧基苯甲醛溶解到80mL甲醇钠溶液中放出的热量为498 35J;10g"单甲醚"溶解到30mL甲醇钠溶液中放出的热量为384 10J。
By improvement on solution heat determination device with electricity compensation method, exothermic solution heat may be determined.Meanwhile,the solution heat was determined in condensation、cyclization process of synthesizing trimethoprim(TMP) from 3,4,5_trimethoxybenzaldehyde.The result:when 20 g 3,4,5_trimethoxybenzaldehyde was dissolved in 80mL methanol sodium solution,the exothermic solution heat was 498.35 J;when 10 g condensation product was dissolved in 30 mL methanol sodium solution,the heat of realease was 384.10 J.
