摘要
以中学物理教师为例,分析了教师的思想素养、文化素养、教育素养、语言素养等具体要求,以及提高教师素养的方法。
Taking the middle school physical teacher as an example, the author analyzes the specific requirements of teacher's ideological, cultural, educational, language, and physical and mental accomplishments, and also discusses the ways to improve the teacher's accomplishments.
