摘要
培养创新性实用型人才需要有新的理念和模式。新的理念为:坚持以社会需求为目标,以就业为导向,以能力培养为本位,实施产学结合的理念;坚持按服务产业经营学校,把学生作为服务对象的理念;坚持教学质量第一,以质量求创新、促发展、创特色、创品牌的理念;坚持"以人为本"的理念;坚持强化管理,向管理要效率、要质量、要效益的理念。其培养模式有:"双证制"的培养模式,"订单式"的培养模式,产学研一体化培养模式,工学交替制培养模式,校企综合实施"2+1"培养模式,德国的"双元制"培养模式,美国社区学院"三位一体"的培养模式等。
There must be a new conception and a new model to train innovative and pragmatic talents. The new conception includes: firstly, insistence on social demands as a target, employment as a guide, and qualification as a center with combination with production and study; secondly, insistence on running college by developing service industry and regarding students as the service objects; thirdly, insistence on ' quality first' sticking to innovation, development, specialty and name - brand; fourthly, insistence on human - orientation; and fifthly, insistence on strengthened management seeking efficiency, quality and profits. The new training model includes: double- certificate system; order- style; an integration of production, study and research; alternation of study and work; comprehensive execution of '2 +1' by colleges and enterprises; and the trinity of American community colleges.
