The way of training innovative talents at universitres

21世纪是知识经济占主导地位的时代。知识经济的竞争,实质上是知识创新和技术创新的竞争,从根本上说是创新人才的竞争。我们应当正确理解"创新"及"创新人才"的概念,创造良好育人环境;树立创新教育观念,提高教师自身创新素质;深化高校教学改革;改善评价标准、方式。

The 21st century will be a century during which knowledge economy takes the leading position in the international economy. In fact , the competition in the knowledge economy society is the competition of knowledge and technology innovation, and essentially , the competition of innovative talents. We should understand the concepts of ' innovation and 'innovative talents' clearly. Furthermore, we should consider how to train innovative talents from six aspects: developing good educational environment , forming innovative educational idea, enhancing teachers' own innovative quality , deepening the teaching reform in higher education , bettering the appraisal standard and ways.
