据多年的实践和观测研究,分析了多层砖混结构楼房顶层墙体裂缝产生的原因,并从设计和施工的角度,提出了控制裂缝产生以及裂缝加固处理的方法。

In accordance with years practice,observation and study,the author analyzes the cause of top-floor wall cracks in multistory brick-and-concrete buildings,and suggests some methods of how to control the occurrence of cracks and to reinforce and dispose craks from the angle of design and construction.
