摘要
为了解平煤二小学生的膳食结构 ,合理安排学生膳食提供依据 ,用称重法对 1 3 4名学生的膳食进行了 5日的调查。结果表明 ,钙元素摄入严重不足 ,仅占供给量 (RDA)的 40 5 6% ;其次是维生素A、胡萝卜素、核黄素摄入不足 ,分别为供给量 (RDA)的 62 3 2 %、 5 1 97%、5 4 1 7% ;脂肪偏高 ,碳水化合物偏低。提示该校学生营养素摄入不均衡 ,钙元素摄入量不足尤为突出 。
To investigate the dietary structure of the second primary school of Ping Mei so as to offer the evidence for students' rational diet,the ingrediedients of daily food were analysed by weighing the meals in 184 students for 5 days.The results showed that the calcium intake was in severe shortage,which only accounts(RDA)for 40.56% of the requiement;and vitamin A,carotin and risoflavin were inadequate,in addition,thelevel of fat was higher,and carbohydrates was lower,which account respectively(RDA)for 62.32%,51.97%,54.17% of the requirements.It concluded the intake of nutrients was unbalanced,especially calcium,which suggests that the dietary structure need to be improved.
