摘要
用火焰原子吸收光谱法 (FAAS)测定了广州市郊部分木瓜的微量元素含量。结果表明 ,木瓜中K、Na、Ca、Mg等元素的含量都比较丰富 。
The trace elements in Chaenomeles lagenria were determined by FAAS.The results show that the content of Ca and Mg is abundant.The relations between these beneficial elements in body and health were discussed.
