缺血性结肠炎28例临床分析

Ischemic Colitis Clinical Analysis of 28 Cases

目的:探讨缺血性结肠炎的诊治。方法:对2 8例缺血性结肠炎患者的临床表现、内镜检查、病理结果、B超检查资料及治疗进行回顾分析。结果:缺血性结肠炎好发于老年人,主要临床表现为突发左侧腹痛及便血。内镜检查可见结肠黏膜充血、坏死、糜烂及黏膜下出血,病变多位于左半结肠。扩血管治疗效果良好。结论:老年人突发左侧腹痛及便血时应警惕缺血性结肠炎,肠镜检查是确诊、了解病变程度及预后的主要方法。应早期进行扩血管治疗。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of ischemiccolitis.Methods 28 patients with IC included their clinical manifestation lesions,using endoscopic seen,pathological features,B-ultrasonography examination and treatment were restrospectively analysed.Results IC occurredmost freguently in elders with predominant presentations as sudden onset of leftabdominal pains and bloody stools,endoscopic lesions located mainly in leftcolon,mucosal edema erosion and submucosal bleeding were commonpathological features.Vasodilative therapy had good effects.Conclusions IC shoud be suspected in all elder patients with sudden onset of left abdominal painsand bloody stools.Early colonoscopy is of diagnostic significance,vasodilative therapy should be given as soon as possible.
