摘要
目的 观察盐酸甜菜碱对心肌缺氧小鼠的保护作用。方法 采用异丙肾上腺素引起小鼠心肌耗氧量增加 ,观察盐酸甜菜碱对小鼠缺氧存活时间和耗氧量的影响。结果 ip盐酸甜菜碱 2 0 0mg·kg-1和 4 0 0mg·kg-1,能明显延长小鼠缺氧存活时间 ,降低耗氧量。结论 盐酸甜菜碱能增强小鼠的耐缺氧作用。
Objective: To study the protective effects of betaine hydrochloride on myocardial anoxia in mice. Methods: The effects of betaine hydrochloride on survival time and oxygen consumption were measured in mice subjected to myocardial anoxia induced by isoprenaline. Results: The survival time were prolonged obviously and the oxygen consumption were reduced in mice received betaine hydrochloride in the doses of 200 mg·kg -1 and 400 mg·kg -1 . Conclusion: Betaine hydrochloride shows remarkable effect on tolerance to hypoxia in mice.
