高血压患者血中5种因子的检测研究

摘要 目的 检测高血压患者血中 5种内分泌因子 ,观察它们的变化特点。方法  2 0例健康者 ,6 1例原发性高血压患者均行常规超声检查 ,测定左室射血分数。根据左室质量指数 (leftventricularmassindex ,LVMI)分为左室肥厚 (leftventricularhypertrophy ,LVH)组和非左室肥厚 (nonleftventricularhypertrophy ,NLVH )组。入选者均测定血浆内皮素 (endothelium ,ET)、心钠素 (atrialnatriureticpeptide,ANP)、脑钠素 (brainnatriureticpeptide ,BNP)、降钙素基因相关肽 (calcitoningene relatedpeptide ,CGRP)浓度和血清胰岛素样类生长因子 1(insulin likegrowthfac tor 1,IGF 1)浓度。结果 与对照组相比 ,高血压病NLVH组、LVH组血浆ET、ANP、BNP浓度及血清IGF 1浓度依次升高 (P均 <0 . 0 0 1) ,与NLVH组相比 ,LVH组血浆ET、ANP、BNP浓度及血清IGF 1浓度升高 (P <0 . 0 0 1) ;与对照组相比 ,高血压NLVH组、LVH组血浆CGRP浓度依次降低 (P均 <0 . 0 0 1) ,与NLVH组相比 ,LVH组CGRP浓度降低 (P <0 . 0 0 1)。结论 高血压患者血中存在着内分泌因子的激活。 Objective: To detect the characters of five endocrine factors in patients with hypertension. Methods: 20 normal subjects and 61 cases with hypertension were examined by conventional echocardiography. These patients were divided into left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) group and non left ventricular hypertrophy (NLVH) group by left ventricular mass index (LVMI). The levels of ET、ANP、BNP、CGRP and IGF-1 were measured by radio-immunology analysis in all subjects. Results: Compared with control group, ET、ANP、 BNP and IGF-1 all increased in the hypertension group(NLUH Group and LUH Group) (P<0.001)and increased further in LVH group (P<0.001), while CGRP decreased in the hypertension group (P<0.001)and decreased further in LVH group (P<0.001). Conclusion: Endocrine factors were irrigated in patients with hypertension.
