摘要
通过分析软包装杀菌强度的影响因素 ,提出了在实际杀菌操作中因条件变化导致杀菌强度变化时的应对措施 ,以防止出现杀菌不足或过度杀菌的现象。
After analyzing the affecting factors of sterilizing soft-packing, the countermeasures how to control the intensity of sterilization changing led by condition are suggested, so as to prevent sterilizing little or much.
