摘要
采用毛细管柱气相色谱方法对植物甾醇乙酸酯进行定量分析。对色谱柱、柱温、内标物、标准品等色谱分离条件的选择进行了探讨。试验采用HP - 5号石英毛细管气相色谱柱 (30m× 0 .2 5mm× 0 .2 5 μm) ,2 85℃柱温。结果表明 ,β -谷甾醇、豆甾醇、菜油甾醇、菜籽甾醇等四种植物甾醇乙酸酯组分均能够分别出峰 ,分离效果较好 ,保留时间在 14min以内。
Mixed plytosterol acetates were analyzed quantitatively by Capillary Gas Chromatography.Selection of column, temperature, internal standard and standard sample were researched. The gas chromatography separation was carried out with HP-5 capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)under temperature 285 ℃. The results showed that four plytosterol (β-Sitosterol, Stigmasterol, Campesterol, Brassicasterol) acetates could be separated within 14 minutes and the analysis method had the advantages of exactness and quickness.
