摘要
采用微波消解—石墨炉原子吸收法对大米中的铅、镉进行了测定 ,并与常规湿法消解方法进行了比较。利用国家标准物质杨树叶、甘蓝验证了方法的准确度与精密度。结果表明 ,采用微波消解法 ,方法准确度为 95 .0 %~ 10 5 % ,精密度为 2 .8%~ 8.4 % ,该方法能够满足食品分析的要求。
The contents of lead and cadmium in rice were determined by microwave digestion GF-AAS. It was compared with the traditional wet oxidation method. The accuracy and precision of this method were tested by national standard substances (leaves of aspen and broccoli). It was showed that the accuracy was 95.0%-105% and the precision 2.8%-8.4%, which met the requirements of food analysis.
