摘要
本文针对某水泥厂水泥原料库倒塌事故,从建设程序、设计、施工等方面剖析事故原因,并总结了从中应吸取的教训。
Based on a collapse accident of material a storage of cement factory,This paper analyzes causes of the accident from the aspects of construction procedure, design and erection and summarizes lesson to be learned.
