摘要
本文介绍了逆流式冷却塔的两种控制模式——启、停控制模式和双风速控制模式。并根据冷却塔的实际运行情况,结合模拟方法,对冷却塔的性能和节能情况进行了分析,结果表明:这两种控制模式可以基本稳定冷却塔的出水温度,同时,较之常规控制方法,能够降低冷却塔风机的能耗。这两种控制模式可以应用于实际的工程中,有利于冷却塔性能的优化和节能。
This text has introduced two kinds of control modes of the counter-flow cooling towers——the Open/stop control mode and the double wind speeds control mode . According to actual running situation of the cooling towers, combining the simulation method, the performance and energy-conservation are analyzed in the cooling towers, the result shows: These two kinds of control modes can stabilize the temperature of the outlet in the cooling towers basically. Meanwhile, compared with the routine control methods, they can reduce the energy consumption of fans in the cooling towers. These two control modes can be applied to real projects, and are helpful to optimize the performance and thrift energy of the cooling towers.
