摘要
采用新型的还原方法,以硼氢化钾为还原剂,在BF3-Et2O体系中将辛二酸还原成辛二醇.这种方法以价格较低的硼氢化钾为还原剂,降低了生产成本,产率较高,可以实现大规模工业化生产.同时该反应还丰富了羧酸的还原方法,在有机合成中有着一定的意义.
In this paper, a novel synthesis of 1,8- octandiol has been reported. In BF3-Et2O system, 1,8-octanedioic acid was reduced by KBH4 for 1,8- octandiol. This method can reduce the cost, and it has a very high yied. This approach can be applied in the factory.
