摘要
目的:探讨成人水痘发病情况,临床表现及其特点。方法:对5 8例成人水痘进行回顾性分析,并与65例儿童水痘患者的临床资料进行对比。结果:5 8例成人水痘好发于1 8岁～3 0岁,其特点为起病急,前驱症状明显,高热、全身症状、皮疹表现及瘙痒症状较儿童更为严重,心肌酶谱升高以及肺部X线检查异常明显高于儿童水痘患者。密集接触者易感染,成人发病多与精神紧张,抵抗力下降等因素有关。结论::成人水痘起病较急,全身症状明显,病程比儿童患者长,提示应注意成人水痘的鉴别诊断,应用阿昔洛韦治疗取得较好疗效。
Objective:To study the pathogenesis, the clinical manifestation and characteristics of adult varicella. Methods:Clinical data of 58 adult varicellas were analyzed retrospectively, and compared with 65 children varicellas. Results:58 patients were aged between 18-30 years old, most of the cases were acute onset, the clinical manifestation were not so typical, the pain and itch is more severe than child. myocardial enzyme increased. Conclusion:For the adult varicella, the onset was acute and the general sympton was more severe than children cases. Because of the atypical clinical manifestation, the differential diagnosis for adult cases is very important in clinical practice. Acyclovir has good response in treatment of the disease.
