摘要
心理契约在现代人力资源管理中的作用越来越受到重视。组织与员工之间除了存在正式的合同,还存在一种心理契约。心理契约是联系员工与组织的心理纽带,也是影响员工行为和态度的重要因素。从管理方式的变化和环境的变化分析了心理契约备受关注的原因。
The function of psychological contract in modern human resources managment is becoming more and more concerned. Besides the formal contract between an organization and its staff members, there exists a psychological contract which is the belt that connects them. It is an important factor which affects the staff members’ attitudes as well. The reason why psychological contract becomes more and more concerned is analysed from the prospect of the change of the managment and it’s environment.
