摘要
2001年以来,我国股市投资者的信心一直处在“下降通道”中,股市长期处于低迷状态,要想从根本上扭转这种局面,使我国的股市摆脱目前的困境,急需要营造理论大环境,破解历史大难题,转变调控大思路,夯实市场大基础。
Since 2001,investors' confidence in China's stock market has been slipping. To improve the situation and save the market from crisis, we urgently need to build a favorable theoretical environment,solve historical problems,alter the regulatory modes and lay a firm foundation for the market.
